First Bake
Baked on September 5th, this loaf was the first of many made in a newly gifted dutch oven. Way too much flour!

Second Bake
Even with a runny recipe this bread turned out edible and golden in color.
Third Bake
This was the first dough baked with a poolish (A prefermented amount of dough) and had much more flavor.
